We have used Larry for 3 home inspections. From the first meeting, Larry is friendly and a person with whom it is easy to work. He is consistently early to the inspection to get a sense of the home before meeting with the client. Larry is extremely thorough and explains everything in detail as you move through your home inspection. Additionally, his reports are comprehensive and detailed and make a great reference for the future. Larry is THE MAN ! Who ever tells you having a good lawyer is a key in buying a house is wrong. Having Larry at the house you want to buy is the key and A MUST!! He was referred to me by a professional and let me tell you. That referral was worth waiting for. IT WAS PROFFESIONAL ! He reached above and beyond my expectations. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment he was already doing a roof inspection with his special equipment that can reach to any height. By the time I got out of my car he was ready to discuss what he has observed. As we began our afternoon inspection there is not a square foot that he has missed out on to inspect. He was well equipped and super skilled. Even seller was impressed how delicate and neat he was inside his house in order not to disturb anything or anyone. I felt extremely happy with choosing him as the man of knowledge with decades of experience. He did not rush and not once looked at his watch. I was blown away how micromanage he was. From A to Z he didn't skip a thing and was not in a rush and knew his trade to the perfection. As a first time home buyer coming out of a co-op apartment having Larry was the best investment I have made. He opened up my eyes to many things and was just straight forward,sincere and honest. Larry did the inspection for our new home in Commack and it was a great experience. He was very quick and professional in his response, arrived early for the inspection and already had tons of notes on the outside of the house by the time we arrived, and walked us through the entire house for two hours answering all of our many questions.
